Whole Home Inspections

Most home inspections are performed for buyers.  Buying a home is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. Having apprehension about the buying process is natural.  Our goal is to make your home buying experience a process which you will love.  We will point out areas of potential concern (which are natural in almost every home), go over them with you in person, and take the time to explain in a detailed, written report aspects of the home so that you can feel confident in your purchasing decision.  

We abide by ASHI standards.  Due to the ASHI standards, we cannot perform any work on a residence which we have inspected for a buyer for 1 year as it is deemed as a conflict of interest.

We also offer whole home inspections to property owners to help keep up on routine maintenance or to help mitigate any potential concerns or issues that may arise when they go to sell their property.  With the added benefit of being licensed builders, we not only point out problem areas, but we can work with you to address the problems and have them fixed.
